What is Blended Learning?
Blended learning is a training approach that combines the convenience of online study with the essential, hands-on experience of classroom training.
Learners complete part of the course online at their own pace, perfect for fitting around busy schedules. Once the online learning is complete, they attend a classroom session where they put theory into practice through guided, practical skill assessments. In effect, this reduces the number of days that learners need to travel for the practical training.
This format offers greater flexibility for learners while ensuring all course requirements are met in line with regulatory standards.
