For those who are not able to attend face to face yoga sessions I offer individual sessions by Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp at a time to suit you.

  • Sessions are generally 60 minutes long and include what you need.
  • Sessions can focus on strength, mobility, injury rehabilitation or prevention.
  • Sessions can also focus on psychological aspects of athletic development.
  • Sessions can include relaxation or breathing practices.
  • Sessions are always tailored to you as an individual.
  • Session can be for you as the individual athlete you are or for a group of up to 3.
  • Larger groups can be catered for on request. Please ask.
