Online Yoga Sessions
For those who are not able to attend face to face yoga sessions I offer individual sessions by Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp at a time to suit you.
Sessions are generally 60 minutes long and will focus on what you need. This may be strength, mobility, injury rehabilitation or prevention. You may need your session to focus on psychological aspects and include relaxation or breathing practices. Sessions are always tailored to you as an individual.
Sessions can be a one-off or a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly event.
I can advise on how to set up IT at your location if needed.
